Jurassic immersive Experience Malta is all about digital Dinosaurs, and doesn't display any physical Dinosaur statues!

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.

This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 6 years old. Please be aware that the experience can only be used with VR glasses.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Is there an age requirement for tickets?

All ages are welcome. All visitors will need to have a ticket - however, children receive reduced admission.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Generally, Fever tickets cannot be changed or refunded. However, this experience allows for date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance. This option is available by viewing your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever App where the Change Date and/or Time button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Accepted Answer

We need to ask you to arrive on time for your booked time slot. Please be aware that there are usually other visitors visiting the experience before you. Therefore, you will unfortunately not be able to enter the experience any earlier. If you arrive late to your booked session we might need to ask you to wait or re-schedule your session as we cannot guarantee an entrance at a later point. However, our team will be with you and support you in this case.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Alcohol, Vapes, and smoking are prohibited at the experience.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights. However, this exhibition can potentially trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. People who suffer from claustrophobia should skip the pre-show. More information is available from the team on site.

This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
